The Belarusian Representative Assembly (BRA) is a registered non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, with operational presence in California, United States.
Tax Status: BRA is organized as a social welfare organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Tax Deductibility: Please be advised that contributions, donations, and gifts made to a 501(c)(4) organization are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for United States federal income tax purposes. They may, however, be deductible as business expenses under certain circumstances; please consult your tax advisor.
The Assembly operates digital archives, community networks, and historical databases documenting civil society, human rights, and democratic processes.
User Responsibility: If you are accessing this website, its subdomains, or any associated platform from within Belarus or any other jurisdiction where civic participation, affiliation with independent networks, or digital dissent is criminalized, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Security Measures: While the Assembly employs strict digital safety protocols—including sandboxing historical archives and removing direct links to personal social media profiles—we cannot guarantee absolute protection against local state surveillance, device inspection, or cyber-attacks.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Assembly, its directors, officers, volunteers, or partners be liable for any legal, physical, administrative, or retaliatory consequences (including arrest, detention, or loss of employment) arising from your voluntary access to, interaction with, or contribution to our digital platforms. The digital commons operated by the Assembly (including historical websites from 2020 and prior decades) contain digital artifacts, documents, media, and public records of historical significance.

All Contributions are Final: All financial contributions, whether made via Stripe, credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency, are non-refundable unless required by law.
Use of Funds: Funds contributed to the Assembly are allocated to support secure server hosting, digital infrastructure defense, cultural preservation campaigns, and administrative operations of our 501(c)(4) network.
Our platforms contain links to external, third-party websites (such as legacy blogs, external YouTube channels, and decentralized media). The Assembly does not own, control, or endorse the security practices, privacy policies, or content of these external platforms, and is not responsible for any damage or exposure resulting from your visits to them.
This Legal Notice and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Assembly’s websites shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the competent courts of Delaware or California, as applicable.
